What is UP IN OUT all about?

As believers in Jesus, we have personal areas of our lives that we must understand in order to move forward in life, relationships, leadership, careers and ministry.

We call this practice the Look Up, Look In and Look Out.

  • Look Up to Jesus and align yourself with Him in a loving relationship.

  • Look In, understanding your make-up and how this loving God designed you.

  • Look Out to how this loving God is guiding you to serve Him.

All three areas of life should be examined and cultivated to achieve peace, a healthy understanding of yourself, and the ability to lead and then journey with God as He guides you while you travel with others.

We would love for you to join us.

IN

Di has a passion to bring people into potential encounters with Jesus Christ - whether for the first time or perhaps in deeper ways. She loves the Word of God and how it brings us into alignment with the Truth of life and God's intentions, reminding us of who God is and who we are in Christ. Di was ordained in 2004 and has served in a variety of ways - as worship pastor, associate pastor, on-call hospital chaplain and more recently, as an interim lead pastor and Assistant to the Superintendent as Director of Prayer & Care. She has written two Bible studies, “Under the Power Lines — A Bible Study in the Power of God” and “Hearing God’s Voice - Yes You Can”, and is currently working on a devotional and other projects. She adores and spends quite a bit of time with her granddarlings and her loving family. She enjoys sailing, coffee, long drives, good conversations, and time with friends and loved ones - especially Jim, her husband of 47 years.

Lisa is a licensed clinical counselor specializing in trauma, adoption, narcissistic abuse recovery, anxiety disorders and family coaching. She also works at Multnomah University as a part-time adjunct professor for both undergraduate students as well as the master's in counseling program. She is also the "Gigi" to 4 little grandbabies whom she adores. Lisa has a passion for helping those who are struggling to find and utilize their God-given strengths to meet and overcome life's challenges utilizing biblical wisdom and the best of psycho-dynamic strategies. Lisa has a Bachelor Degree in Bible and Ministry and a Master’s degree in counseling. She is also post-graduate certified in neurofeedback and is certified in trauma counseling for adoptive and foster children from Portland State University and Oregon’s Department of Human Services.
